Lead .NET Fullstack Developer | Freelance | Hybrid Lisbon  

We're hiring a Lead .NET Fullstack Developer  for a project with one of the world's leading global professional services firms  (Fortune Global 500, 700K+ employees) — Lisbon hub. Hands-on technical leadership on a large-scale digital platform: .NET + React/Next.js + DXP/CMS. Real architectural ownership and team mentorship. 

Must-have  
8+ years as C# .NET Developer  (.NET Framework + .NET Core). 
Hands-on DXP/CMS : Optimizely, Umbraco or equivalent. 
React + Next.js  on the frontend. 
REST API design and development. 
SQL + NoSQL  database management. 
Proven technical leadership  guiding dev teams. 
Microservices  and scalable system architecture. 
GitHub Actions / workflows  (DevOps). 
English B2+  (spoken and written).
