Job Description & Requirements
- Involved in design and development of embedded and fiber optics sensing systems, and data communication IC’s hardware and software implementation to prototype functional testing.
- Data compilation and analysis, reporting and documentation.
- Involved in testing of photonics devices and/or optical sensors.
- Participates in the development and implementation of new products or product changes by creating product specifications, quality specifications, quality plans, risk analyses, FMEAs in conjunction with other product development team members.
- Runs complex problem solving efforts and mentors others on best practices. e.g. FMEA, Control Plan, Test plan, quality tools and DOE. e.g. Leads/ coordinates CA of failures using a structured approach.
