Lead Planner – Technology & Data Programme

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)



Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to take ownership of integrated planning across a complex technology and data transformation programme. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring alignment across domains, suppliers, and delivery teams while maintaining a clear, executable end-to-end plan.



Initial Focus (First 3 Months)

Define and implement the integrated planning strategy and operating model

Establish planning standards, governance cadence, and reporting frameworks

Build the baseline integrated delivery plan across technology, data, and suppliers

Set up RAID processes, dependency mapping, and critical path visibility

Identify sequencing risks, interdependencies, and delivery constraints
