As a result of the current post holder relocating, there is a requirement for a dynamic individual to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team. The lead PEF works closely with the Head of Department, Public Services Delivery (PSD) Scotland and partner Further and Higher Education Institutions in a leadership role to provide effective managerial support, education and development. This role includes working with managers, clinical staff, practice assessors and supervisors to support student nurses and midwives across all practice learning environments within Fife.
