Description
- Act as a focal point for projects or discipline specific activities.
- Responsible for the technical execution of engineering projects and providing feedback to the Head of Engineering-on-engineering performance.
- Lead and input to technical and commercial bids and other engineering activities across the business streams in Oil and Gas, Sustainable infrastructure such as hydrogen and CCS and renewables.
- Share technical knowledge and experience with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engineer reports to the Head of Engineering.
- Line management for all engineers within the assigned discipline including resourcing · Accountable for the engineering competence of all team members in line with Apollo’s competence and assurance procedures.
- Responsible for attaining discipline KPI’s set and agreed each financial year with the Head of Engineering.
