LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER

We are representing our client (An established IT technology provider) to look for a Lead Product Designer to lead user‑centred design across the full product lifecycle. From generative research and concept validation through to delivery and post‑launch iteration, while coaching client design teams to build lasting capability.

This is a consultancy role: you champion users relentlessly, design at scale, and are energized by crafting great design.

• Plan and run generative and evaluative research (interviews, usability tests, field studies) to uncover real user problems.
• Synthesize insights into clear findings that shape product direction and validate or challenge assumptions.
• Lead design on cross‑functional teams, from concept to high‑fidelity, with a systems‑thinking mindset and scalability in mind.
