They are currently seeking a Lead Product Innovation Developer to join their dynamic team in HCMC. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead cutting-edge development projects and bring innovative footwear concepts from idea to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation development from Tech Pack handoff to commercialized proof of concept
- Collaborate with global teams across the US & Asia to deliver advanced, performance-driven footwear
- Analyze designs and recommend improvements in construction and material usage
- Drive product performance through fit, wear testing, and risk assessment
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality samples and technical documentation (BOM, patterns, specs)
