Responsibilities
- Set the multi-quarter roadmap for Data Sources, including document parsing, fraud detection, and bank aggregation.
- Write detailed specifications and one-pagers to partner with Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Engage weekly with clients such as mortgage lenders and government agencies to translate feedback into product priorities.
- Own key performance metrics including parse accuracy, fraud catch rates, bank connection success, and SLA hit rates.
- Lead and mentor product managers and engineers to improve shipping speed and quality.
- Drive the roadmap for document parsing, fraud signal layers, and bank aggregation optimization.
- 7+ years of experience in product management.
