Job Summary
 :The Lead Program Coordinator oversees the operational functioning of the Markham Prenatal & Newborn Educators Inc education programs across North America. This role conducts instructor onboarding, training, and performance reviews, while serving as the primary liaison between hospitals, instructors, and internal teams reporting to the Partnerships and Corporate Accounts Manager. The Lead Program Coordinator ensures course content aligns with current medical standards, manages payroll for staff, and drives program expansion and quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
Lead onboarding, training, and performance reviews for all education instructors for our education programs. 
Serve as the primary point of contact for instructor concerns and patient feedback.
