About the role

As Lead QA Engineer, you’ll take on a high‑impact role in our in-house manufacturing facility. Acting as the key connector between factories, customers, and material suppliers, you’ll shape how quality is delivered end‑to‑end—from raw materials to finished motors in the field.

You’ll be empowered to champion the voice of the customer, lead complex quality investigations, and drive meaningful, long‑term improvements across the supply chain.
