Role Mandate
Suzlon’s BESS business requires a robust Quality & Safety backbone across its own manufacturing and contract partners. This role will establish an end-to-end Quality & Safety Management System (QSMS) ensuring every product shipped is safe, compliant, traceable, and warranty-ready .
The incumbent will drive right-first-time quality, zero-harm safety culture, regulatory compliance, supplier quality governance, and closed-loop field feedback , while building systems and teams from ground up during ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Quality & Safety Management System (QSMS)
- Design and deploy integrated QMS + EHS framework for plant and contract manufacturers
- Define:
- PFMEA, control plans, SOPs
