Summary:

Closely working with technology, sales, marketing, ADE team to develop innovative products for targeted semiconductor customers in Electronics.

Responsibilities Include:

As a key member of China R&D team and is accountable for –

Product Development

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, ADE and global R&D team to leverage the resource and knowledge to develop innovative products with solid financial impact to meet or exceed customer requirement.

Strictly follow IATF16949 and related semiconductor standards, MPM internal quality standard/NPDI procedure to ensure project smooth execution and quality targets achieved

Develop solutions to complex/conflicting customer and business needs and independently design, plan and execute multiple projects and lead projects;
