Role/Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements for Scrum Master
- Five (5) years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one or more Scrum team(s) that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Five (5) years of experience working in a large matrixed organization with an understanding of IT landscape and End to End Delivery Process.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification obtained at least 5 years ago and is currently active.
- Proven experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role
- No shared or part-time SM responsibilities in the last 2-3 projects.
- Recent SAFe experience
- Must have worked on SAFe-based projects in the last two engagements.
- Clearly distinguish Scrum Master vs Project Manager / Delivery Lead
- Looking for seasoned Scrum Masters, not PMs operating in agile environment...
