Key Responsibilities Corporate & General- Develop and maintain corporate technical standards and procedures for process safety (e.g., Process Safety Design Philosophy).
- Establish and improve engineering workflows and platforms.
- Support the Head of Discipline in managing organizational operations.
- Maintain and update lessons learned databases for EPCI and O&M phases.
- Conduct conceptual and feasibility studies to propose optimal and competitive technical solutions.
- Ensure engineering documents comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Provide technical support for proposal development, including cost and manpower estimation.
- Organize and facilitate risk assessments.
- Review and support bid submissions.
