About the role
This is a blended technical and leadership position. Expect to spend around 70% hands-on development and 30% people leadership . You will help shape architecture, own deliverables, and mentor a small team of developers while collaborating with product and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable web applications used by both B2B and B2C customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor a development team; run code reviews and support training and development.
- Design, build and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET and SQL Server.
- Drive improvements in code quality, testing, CI/CD and deployment workflows.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and estimate delivery.
