Capital One is looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer to join a backend team, based in our Nottingham office on a hybrid basis. Our Engineers are people who lead by example, build strong and valuable relationships and have the confidence to influence at all levels. What you’ll do

• You will lead a team or cross‑functional squad in the delivery of complex and ambiguous projects that support a broader business outcome.

• You will take end‑to‑end responsibility for technical design, implementation, and operational considerations.
