A Snapshot of Your Day:
You will act as a hands‑on Technical Lead within a single agile development team, combining strong software engineering expertise with team mentoring and technical ownership. You will actively contribute to code while guiding developers in implementing scalable, high‑quality solutions. This is a hands‑on engineering role where you will spend approximately 40–60% of your time actively coding and contributing to the codebase.
