Job Summary
Lead Solutions Architect – Platform, Data & AI & Integrations for Sprinklr. Partner with sales, product, and customer success to drive revenue by architecting, demonstrating, and operationalizing Sprinklr’s Unified‑CXM platform across enterprise technology, customer data, knowledge, and AI ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Architect end‑to‑end platform, customer data, knowledge, and integration solutions using Sprinklr’s connector ecosystem, unified customer intelligence, native import/export, knowledge systems, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Design enterprise customer data architectures covering identity resolution, profile unification, source‑agnostic ingestion, structured/unstructured harmonization, segmentation, consent and governance, customer memory, and omnichannel continuity.
