Lead Tax Analyst

At Dyson, we take a problem‑solving approach to everything we do. Our Finance team manages and balances complex budgets across our global business, supporting all aspects of the finance cycle.

As our Lead Tax Analyst, you will primarily work with internal finance teams and external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate compliance. You will oversee the end‑to‑end process from reviewing tax provisions for inclusion in statutory accounts, reviewing tax returns, ensuring timely tax payments through to managing post‑filing tax audits. You may also support the business, ensuring all tax implications of a given initiative are considered, and work with IT to assess systems impacts, set up presence in new countries, and manage changes in business models.
