About the role
The Destinus engineering team is seeking a Lead Technician to organise and schedule production floor activities in the field of integration and testing of mechanisms, safety devices, pyrotechnic assemblies, as well as management of two assembly technicians. The role requires hands‑on working with energetic and hazardous materials in a safety‑critical environment.
The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, leads by example and understands that quality in this environment comes from process discipline, rigorous adherence to safety procedures, and meticulous documentation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the team of two to three assembly technicians
- Prepare and maintain Shopfloor Management Board
- Oversee the daily production as well as keep track and maintain sufficient stock of materials
