Role Profile – Lead Technician
Reports to: Production Manager

Location: Twin Peaks, St Athan
Hours of Work: Seasonal Shift: Monday – Sunday (5 days or 4 days) (07:00 – 17:45) or (07:00 – 18:15) Depending on shift. Attendance hours from 1 September to 31 May (+10 days refresher training every August)
Salary: £41,515.34 plus £4,000 Lead premium plus £3,000 shift premium per annum.

Role Summary:

The Lead Technician is responsible for the effective supervision and coordination of maintenance resources within the assigned zone, ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory, company, and quality requirements. The role supports the zone engineer in operational delivery while promoting best practice, safety culture, and team development.
