Job Description
A new water treatment facility in Monroe, Louisiana is seeking a Lead Water Treatment Operator to oversee the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of systems utilizing pressure filtration and reverse osmosis (RO) processes. This plant is being commissioned to temporarily provide flush and fill water for a nearby construction site. This role provides technical leadership and operational guidance to operators while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The Lead Operator will play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations and serve as a primary point of contact for operational decision-making. This is a full-time position that will require shift work and participation in an on-call rotation (7 days on, 7 days off, day shift).
