POSITION SUMMARY
The Lean Enterprise Manager drives the Fabco Way by embedding Lean principles and leading continuous improvement across the organization. This role oversees Lean deployment, ensures manufacturing readiness, develops team capabilities, and sustains Lean systems through performance tracking, training, and accountability. The position also manages Lean resources, benchmarks best practices, and aligns initiatives with business goals and budget targets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Champion a culture of Lean, driving engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Lead the development and execution of the Lean roadmap (Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management)
