This role is central to embedding a strong Lean culture across the terminal by ensuring leaders and frontline teams apply standardized work, structured problem‑solving, and continuous improvement in daily operations.

- Deploy and sustain the Lean Academy training system, ensuring alignment with business priorities and practical application in operations.
- Drive the consistent use of Lean methodologies at Gemba, including A3 problem‑solving, Kaizen, and standard work.
- Develop Job Experts in key areas to support standardized work, onboarding, and first‑level problem‑solving.
