****Lean Manager****Objective****Main Responsibilities**- Audit and monitor system standards by giving feedback and generating commitment to discipline.
- Achieve the performance levels of the business unit according to the planned objectives.
**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or other).
- Experience required: 8 -10 years' experience as Lean Manager.
- Behavioral skills: Structured and organized, Innovation and creativity, Collaboration, Customer focus and Cross-cultural versatility.
- English advanced required.
