Job Description
Creating and implementing strategies for managing and improving production systems to cut down on waste in the production chain, boost organizational effectiveness by getting rid of non-value-added procedures, and increase adaptability for ongoing improvement.
Encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development, presenting lean ideas to the factory manager, and working with the central team.
Conducting knowledge transfer and training on the operating system to make sure that subordinates are aware of and obedient to the established procedure...
