Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
Participates in creating Lean deployment plans.
Creates, maintains and improves lean documentation (process map, procedures, forms, etc).
Communicates progress.
Links projects to SQDPC initiatives.
Evaluate improvement initiatives against quantifiable KPI's to measure effectiveness, taking action when necessary.
Assist with, facilitate or lead kaizen and continuous improvement events.
Assist with event planning, tracking, and monitoring sijait.
Along with lean technician, ensuresUpgrade plant layout is maintained and aligned with current needs & future projects.
Increase FOD awareness and control across the organization.
Train the trainer approach.
Drives for perfection towards stretch targets.
Maintains open line of communication.
Coaches and mentors operations and functional leaders in regard to implementation of Lean tools (e.g., 6S, Built in Quality, Total Production Maintenance, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) and Lean man...
