Overview
SUMMARY
Support the deployment of LEAN and Operational Excellence practices across the Global Technical Operations organization, contributing to the development of a continuous improvement culture focused on efficiency, waste elimination, and performance enhancement. The intern will work closely with the Operational Excellence team and stakeholders across all departments.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and update Operational Excellence dashboards (OE Cockpit, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
- Support tracking and follow-up of LEAN initiatives and associated benefits.
- Contribute to the development and enrichment of the Lean six sigma toolbox (templates, tools, micro-learning materials).
