Reporting to the Manager, Lean/CI Manufacturing Operations, the Lean/CI Business Partner is responsible for Lean and Continuous Improvement in the assigned plant.
This role is accountable for advancing a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on plant‑centric metrics such as productivity, material consumption, cost variances, OEE, yield, lead time, warehouse spend, freight, and inventory reduction.
