We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join our award-winning, forward-thinking L&D team. This high-impact role partners with leaders to shape and deliver learning solutions that drive growth, performance, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, challenges, and capability needs.
• Lead and deliver key elements of the L&D strategy, taking ownership of a portfolio of impactful learning projects.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes across a range of topics, both in‑person and virtually.
• Provide high-quality individual and team coaching to support development and performance.
• Create strong networks across the firm, ensuring learning feels accessible, inclusive, and relevant to all colleagues.
