Job Summary: Food Whisperer is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee learning and development initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving operational efficiency, strengthening leadership capabilities, and ensuring consistent training standards across central kitchens, outlets, and corporate teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learning Strategy & Planning Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy aligned with Food Whisperer’s business goals.
