This role is central to strengthening the organization’s leadership pipeline by designing and delivering impactful development strategies that build learning and leadership capability across all levels.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will drive the design and implementation of an integrated leadership and people development framework aligned to business strategy. This includes creating structured learning roadmaps that support employees across key career milestones and ensure readiness for current and future roles. You will also collaborate with external providers to deliver high-quality programs, with a strong focus on learning effectiveness, application, and retention.
