We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Behaviour Support Assistant to join our SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) hub, supporting children with complex needs in a safe and inclusive environment. The role involves helping children access an appropriately paced and differentiated curriculum tailored to their individual needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with SEMH or special educational needs, demonstrate patience and empathy, and be able to work collaboratively within a team.
