About The Position
As TUMO prepares to open a new center in Bilbao‑Bizkaia, we are building a team of Workshop Leaders across different learning areas. Each learning area will include 2 to 3 Workshop Leaders who will lead workshops throughout the academic year using the curriculum and pedagogical materials provided by TUMO Armenia. Workshop Leaders are not required to create content from scratch or have prior teaching experience. We seek specialists in their fields who are enthusiastic about the TUMO project and highly motivated to work with young people.
Responsibilities
- Support students in their self‑learning activities, answering questions and providing guidance.
- Guide students toward completing their learning activities.
- Monitor attendance, provide feedback on progress, and motivate hesitant students.
