KONE is embarking upon an exciting growth and as such we are seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner, Singapore to join our team. The role handles L&D business partnering, learning consultancy, L&D services, as well as deployment & training delivery for field, sales, leadership and apprentice programs both for KONE personnel and our subcontractors. This role reports to the Learning & Development Manager, Southeast Asia.

• Work closely with cluster/local business leaders and HR colleagues to drive the Frontline Learning & Development agenda.
