This position will be instrumental in building a scalable and impactful talent development framework for all employees.
Main Responsibilities
Design and Execution of Training Programs
Develop and execute soft and hard skill development programs based by developing the enterprise-wide learning strategy aligned with business objectives and Group’s guidelines.
