Learning & Development Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of learning programs that strengthen employee capability and support business priorities.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Pasig. The position is well-suited for an L&D professional with strong experience in training strategy, instructional design, learning program management, leadership development, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
The Learning and Development Manager will design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs that are aligned with organizational goals and business needs.
