**A trusted Learning Manager and SME who partners with Learning Relationship Managers and Key Business Stakeholders to create and execute effective learning strategies.
Ensure that the training and development programs drive the Learning agenda to meet business goals integrating global and regional strategy while adhering to local requirements.
The job holder needs to ensure HSBC is equipped to meet these challenges better than its competitors.
Failure to do so will create major productivity and profitability challenges in the next 5-10 years.
