Learning Solutions Advisor

The Site Training Solutions Team at IQVIA creates experiences that are effective and unexpected. We incorporate the core principles of adult learning and behavioral science. We use creativity to inspire and engage site staff and study teams working on clinical trials.

Our purpose is centered around a desire to improve healthcare and deepen our understanding of human behavior. We are motivated by a mission to ensure our friends and families can take a walk in the woods, get on a plane and go somewhere new, listen to music, snuggle a baby, try a new restaurant, and live life to the fullest.

Our team is a tightknit, collaborative, intellectually curious group of people with a unique blend of backgrounds and experience. We are comfortable pushing each other to improve our approach and to find new and different solutions. We are in search of new team members to help craft expert training and engagement strategies for our clients.
