Essential Functions
- Leads projects and collaborates with teams to deliver fit for purpose learning solutions on time, on budget, and on quality.
- Works closely with vendor management team to handle learning software platforms and vendor relationships.
- Analyzes requirements and collaborates with team to draft, review, and finalize submissions (e.g., awards, RFP).
- Creates processes and materials that support established programs and projects.
- Supports key projects programs by refining internal processes for the department.
- Supports less experienced project managers, enabling their growth and development through mentoring, coaching sessions, and team development workshops.
- Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs.
