The Opportunity
We are seeking a Learning Strategist to support learning design and solution development within a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment. This role focuses on deep discovery, strong instructional design, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across learning solutions.
The Learning Strategist plays a key role in shaping how learning is designed, ensuring solutions are grounded in real business needs, learner-centered, and aligned to an enterprise learning approach. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and translating complex subject matter into effective learning experiences.
This role combines stakeholder engagement, discovery, and design work, with a mix of onsite and hybrid presence in the UAE.
