Job description
Prospero Teaching are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work in local Primary Schools in and around the Colchester area to start September 2026. Experience with SEN/SEMH is essential.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS 
Location – Colchester
* Position – Learning Support Assistant
* Contract or position start date – September 2026
* Duration / Likely Duration – Ongoing
* Contract type – Long-Term Temporary
* Full time/part time – Part time to Full time
* Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate around £95-110 per day
* Hours  am – 3pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS 
Experience with SEN/SEMH is essential

Previous TA/LSA experience is highly desirable

GCSE English and Maths grade ‘C’
