Learning Support Assistant - College

We are working with a specialist college in Mottingham- South East London, who are seeking a confident, proactive learning support assistant to join their team from September. This role involves supporting post-16 learners across Entry Level Maths & English, as well as hands-on vocational areas such as Floristry, Garden Design, Animal Care and Agriculture. You will be providing 1:1 support to a learner with SEND needs including autism, ADHD and SEMH. The role includes classroom support, practical sessions and outdoor learning, so candidates must be comfortable working outside in all seasons.
