 Job Title: Learning Support Assistant- Social and Emotional Mental Health / Behavioural needs
 Location: Redditch
 Salary Scale: £93 – 100 a day 
 Contract type: Temp – Perm

 We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEMH provision in Redditch. As a Teaching Assistant in our provision, you will have the opportunity to use restorative practices to support our students in their social and emotional development.
 
 We believe that empathy is of the utmost importance in working with young people, and we encourage our staff to build strong relationships with our students from the very beginning.
