The students at the school have a range of needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, speech and language needs and mental health challenges. They therefore need a Learning Support Assistant who is understanding, patient, with a positive, go-to attitude!

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for setting boundaries in the classroom and making sure the pupils understand the value of education.
