Learning Support Mentor 

Prospero Teaching is seeking dedicated Learning Support Mentors to join a specialist SEN transition centre in Fareham (PO16). The centre supports young people aged 14-19 with SEMH needs and autism, helping them progress into full‑time education, apprenticeships, or employment.

Start Date: September 2026

Hours: 08:00-16:00

Full‑time

Pay Rate: From £ per hour
Experience, Training & Personal Qualities
Calm behaviour support – able to remain composed in challenging situations.

Strong behaviour management while maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment.
