Learning Support Mentor

A friendly and welcoming Special Needs School, located just outside of Bradford-on-Avon are seeking a Learning Support Mentor to join their team as soon as next week. The school provides tailored support for children and teenagers with a range of specialist diagnoses, including Autism, ADHD, communication challenges, learning difficulties, and mental health needs.

As a Learning Support Mentor, you will play a key role in building the confidence and self-esteem of each pupil, whilst supporting their academic progress, social development and personal growth. To cater to the needs of each student, you will need to be flexible, with the ability to adapt your communication style.
