The role:
- Provide 1:1 support in the classroom
- Help the pupil stay engaged with learning
- Support emotional regulation and routines
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children with autism and/or SEMH needs
- A calm and patient approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and able to commit to the hours
