POSITION OBJECTIVEThe main objective of the intern is follow up the Competencies Matrix Project to achieve the regional alignment and the correct form to do the process in the organization.
.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContribute with Onboarding Grid ProcessesFollow up to complete the current status of each collaborator and maintain updated with all changes in the organization.Update project KPIs and maintain good communication with the HRBP team.Create or evaluate Competencies Management System**Education**:- Currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business administration or related- At least 12 months to graduate**Language**:- Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
- English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
