Overview: We are seeking a Learning & Training Performance Analyst to join our Upstream Professional Development Center Division (UPDC). The UPDC is a corporate university that develops and delivers professional development courses to Petroleum Engineers and Geoscientists. Your primary role will be leading business analytics, developing performance measurement frameworks, and designing quality assurance programs to support excellence in our Technical Training Center.
